Crome mechanical is always there for all of my heating and cooling needs even on weekends or after hours. The technicians are friendly and great at explaining everything throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

I gave a 1 star for the cost of the service. Arrival Fee, OK, Parts fee, Ok. I did object to the fee for using Electrical Multi Meter use. I would expect that common ordinary tools would be included in the service. I did ask Brian to cancel the service fee contract that I did complete and agreed to, after seeing a bill for a common tool used, because of the uncertainty of the charges that would incur for the service visits.

Crome Mechanical has been on the ball since the beginning of our relationship a year ago. They provide quality equipment and service. During my recent annual service I had to ask Keven (service technician) not to come into the house due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We worked out a way that I could do the work inside while he performed the maintenance on the outdoor unit. He provided me instructions on what needed to be done on the inside, and he was able to determine that the system was in proper work condition. Keven answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Our technician spent alot of time explaining our options. He left us with 3 heaters to help keep us warm! They have been great working with us to get our new furnace in.
