Well, I called Northern lights / Crome this morning after our ac went out the night before, expecting to be told I would have to wait being so close to memorial day weekend. Not the case. Carol set up same day service! Carol was kind,professional and let me know Brian would be out between 2-4 and would call before arrival. I also received a text message from Crome when Brian was on his way ( which is great because I had to pick up kids and situate fur babies). Brian was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it. I was expecting him to say he had to order the part, but no he came prepared and he let me know what he was doing and how much it would cost (which was alot less than I expected). He explained their maintenance program which is also at a great rate. Overall great communication, service, price and time management. Job well done!
